*MAGPUL® 15rd GLOCK® compatible magazines will be included with your purchase except where prohibited by law. Certain states restrict the shipment of “high capacity” magazines. Orders for Pivot™ rifles will only be shipped with compliant magazines to these states.

NOTE: Firearms may ONLY be shipped to a valid FFL in the state where you live. You must provide a copy of your transferring dealer’s FFL, OR your FFL’s contact information so we can collect a copy of your transferring dealer’s FFL. We will be forced to cancel your order if we can’t get a copy of your transferring dealer’s FFL within 30 days. You can provide FFL information in the order form or email to info@trailblazerfirearms.com.

Availability: Available in the United States only. The Pivot™ rifle is not available for sale in CA, MA, or MD. It is your responsibility to ensure you are legally allowed to purchase the Pivot™ rifle where you live. Orders placed in areas where the Pivot™ rifle is prohibited will be cancelled. You must be 18 years old or older to purchase a rifle and you must be eligible to legally own a firearm in the United States.

Shipping: FREE SHIPPING to your transferring dealer.

Cancelations: You will be able to cancel your order for a full refund PRIOR to shipping. Please note that if you cancel your order, you will lose your place in line. For orders cancelled AFTER shipping, we will charge a 10% restocking fee. This is to cover the cost of shipping, handling, inspection, re-testing, and re-packaging.

Warranty: Our warranty policy is available here, but to summarize: we stand behind our products and will work with you to repair or replace any products bearing manufacturing defects.
