Your order will be canceled if we do not receive your dealer’s FFL within seven (7) days after order placement. Please send FFL to info@trailblazerfirearms.com. If your dealer won’t share their FFL with you, please ask them to send it to us on your behalf.

All firearms must be shipped to your local FFL to be transferred to you within your state of residence. We cannot ship Pivot™ Rifles to CA, MA, NY, NJ, or IL. If you live in a state with magazine restrictions you must select the “State Compliant (10 Round Mag)” variation. We will not ship 15 round magazines to states where they are prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Pivot™ Rifle is legal to own in your local area. You must be 18 or older to purchase a rifle. By ordering a rifle you are affirming that you meet these requirements and that you are otherwise legally allowed to purchase a firearm in the United States. Order returned because of failed transfers will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Not available outside the US.
